It continues to be my honor to serve as the proud Superintendent of the Union Hill School District—a place where a Tradition of Excellence and commitment to strong school-home partnerships defines everything we do.

At Union Hill, every child deserves the very best education our district can provide. That belief is at the heart of our mission and the foundation of the work we do every day. We hold high expectations for student learning and citizenship, and we are deeply committed to developing every learner into a confident, capable, and compassionate citizen.

Our Strategic Goals—rooted in academic excellence, student well-being, and strong community partnerships—guide our daily work. In every classroom, playground, and program, we strive to ensure that our students are challenged, supported, and inspired. From our rigorous, standards-aligned instruction and new ELA curriculum (Amplify), to our growing Bearcats Aftercare and Expanded Learning programs, we continue to invest in the whole child—mind, body, and heart.

Just as importantly, Union Hill is a place where people care about one another. Our professional learning communities foster collaboration and shared purpose among teachers, while our dedicated classified and support staff bring warmth and heart to every interaction. We often say we’re a village—and that’s true. Our strength lies in our collective effort, our care for one another, and our shared belief in the potential of every student.
